Pride Month Message

Seeds of Genesis is dedicated to trauma-informed, inclusive care. In the behavioral health field, you're going to encounter all kinds of individuals, but they all have one thing in common: pain and shame that they need to deal with.

As a provider, humility and compassion are paramount. No amount of expertise will be helpful if you are turning your nose up at patients and are projecting the underlying judgment that so many LGBTQ+ clients feel.

All clients seeking mental health treatment deserve providers who want to see them get well and excel in their lives. If you're not dedicated to helping individuals develop the tools they need to succeed or you are not dedicated to keeping them emotionally and physically safe in treatment, leave the field.

Rehab Your Rehab Consulting

High turnover rates are common in many behavioral health facilities, and although facilities are still billing for services, they're leaving a lot of money on the table AND losing even more. Turnovers are COSTLY: lost revenue and reduced client care quality.
