Learn more about what wellness coaching can offer you for free. Coaching is not therapy, and we do not treat mental illnesses. Your wellness coach can provide support to you by helping you identify barriers to your wellness, providing information on mental health and self-care, helping you devise a plan to reach your goals, and identifying thought patterns that are limiting your potential.
Cancellation Policy
For wellness coaching consultations: There is no penalty for cancelling your first free consultation appointment. After a second cancellation, you'll need to email alayjia@seedsofgenesis.com to book another coaching consultation, otherwise, your appointment may be cancelled if you try to book again.
