Genesis Collective Group

Finding your way out of the rat race is much easier when you aren’t walking the path alone. I created this group space for everyday people who are ready to stop performing for the world and start living for themselves.

While my 1:1 work is a deep dive into your personal story, this circle is about the power of community accountability having a soft place to land with others who truly get it. Together, we show up for one another as we practice the art of inner child restoration and navigate the practical shifts needed to reclaim our freedom from hustle culture. It’s a space where you can be vulnerable without judgment, gaining the collective support and encouragement needed to stay consistent in your healing.

As behavioral health professionals, we often get so swept up in the industry rat race while holding space for others that we lose sight of our own healing.

I want to help you find your way back to the person you were before burnout took over by using inner child restoration to reconnect with the original spark and purpose that brought you to this work. 

Together, we’ll build and/or restore a career that feels sustainable and free through personalized feedback and skills in areas such as confidence-building, stress management, and aligned boundaries, ensuring you stay energized and engaged with your clients.

As a peer who once wished for this exact support, I’ll walk alongside you to navigate challenging work environments and difficult situations, providing the tools and feedback.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program or a rigid curriculum. It’s a partnership between two people, one where I show up as a fellow human who's been on a similar journey and advocate to help you navigate your specific journey.

Working together one-on-one allows us to go deep into the unique layers of your story that group settings might miss. I tailor our time entirely to your needs, helping you identify where the "hustle" is draining you and where your inner child is waiting to be heard.

We’ll focus on restoring that vital connection through personalized reflections and practical, soulful tools that fit into your real, everyday life. My role isn't to tell you who to be, but to hold a safe, steady mirror so you can rediscover the essence you’ve had all along. It’s a grounded, one-on-one commitment to your freedom, built on mutual trust and the shared goal of helping you finally live in alignment with your truest self.
